The Project Brief

Aim

To re-landscape the entire property following an extension and renovation of the Manor House.

Considerations

The Manor house had been recently extended and refurbished and many new services had be run and needed to be avoided, including an underground gym under the driveway. The property was to be occupied throughout and access kept free at all times.

Current condition

The site had been partially cleared due to building works but the majority is still in place and needed to be cleared completely. Tight access needed to be factored into all deliveries, which included over 150tonnes of new soil in.
